ensure efficient network operation and shortest
possible downtimes resulting from failures. The
times given below apply to standard DataTrans
service conditions. Because of the dense service
network, providing 16 locations in Poland, in
practice the response times are shorter.

In order supply the customers with a quick access
to information and a possibility of reporting
the failures and errors in operating the network,
DataTrans provides a HOTLINE- Technical Support
Unit.
HOTLINE is:
- A service realised by the DataTrans central
station operators.
- One contact point for all VSAT station locations.
Information on the network and its elements.
- Possibility of remote check-up of VSAT station
and different signals on ports which ensures
precise diagnosing as well as sending a service
team if a remote repair fails.
- Information provided to entitled person only.
