In order supply the customers with a quick access to information and a possibility of reporting the failures and errors in operating the network, DataTrans provides a HOTLINE- Technical Support Unit.

HOTLINE is:

  • A service realised by the DataTrans central station operators.
  • One contact point for all VSAT station locations. Information on the network and its elements.
  • Possibility of remote check-up of VSAT station and different signals on ports which ensures precise diagnosing as well as sending a service team if a remote repair fails.
  • Information provided to entitled person only.
